Kështu, që prej Jerusalemit e për qark në Iliri e kam përhapur Ungjillin e Krishtit e madje u përpoqa ta shpall, jo atje ku ishte i njohur Emri i Krishtit ‑ që të mos ndërtoja mbi themelet e tjerëve ‑ por, siç është në Shkrimin e shenjtë: ‘Do ta shohin ata, ndër të cilët nuk qe kumtuar, do ta kuptojnë ata, të cilët për të nuk kanë dëgjuar.’
